Once you subscribe to a plan, you'll receive an email with details and instructions for joining our Oak House Design Board on Trello. This collaborative workspace allows you and your team to submit design requests, track project progress, and receive completed requests.

A design request is a communication method that allows you to inform us about your specific needs. It can encompass all services listed on the Services session, including illustrative plans, construction details, presentation decks, and even full masterplan concepts. While most requests are delivered within 3 business days, more complex projects may require additional time.

You and your team can submit a new design request at any time while your membership is active on the Oak House Design Board on Trello. We work on requests one at a time in order to ensure that we provide the best solution possible.

When submitting a new design request, please include:
- Clear explaination of your design task. Describe it in writing or a screen recording.
- Specify your needs, list any requirements, preferences, or specific needs for the project.
- Attach relevant files, include dwgs, PDFs, drawings, lineweights, or design standards. We handle large files via WeTransfer or any file transfer platform of your preference.
- For complex requests, consider a Bluebeam file with comments or a Loom video walkthrough for clarity.
